Guidelines for in vitro testing of hypoglycemic components in food?grade natural products

This paper introduces the in vitro test method of hypoglycemic components food-grade natural products. The specific steps and results experimental methods were introduced detail, including enzyme inhibition test, kinetics multispectral analysis, cell screening model molecular docking, dynamics test. Through above series tests, we can judge whether products have a lowering effect on blood glucose analyze mechanism action.
